Christmas Shoeboxes flooded in for this year’s Christmas Shoebox Campaign for the children of Cape Verde. For many, this will be the only present they receive so we asked people to put extra effort into their shoeboxes.
In light of the excellent response, we wanted to give a huge thank you to companies and individuals who took part in the 2016 campaign, including staff from throughout The Resort Group PLC, Blimey Creative, Chameleon Print and Design and Lindsay Phillips Property Care amongst many others. A special thank you goes to Annah from The Resort Group, who worked tirelessly to organise the campaign.
Filling their boxes with goodies and presents, some of the magnificent contributions contained sunglasses, caps, colouring crayons, toothbrushes, cartoon plasters, bracelets, colouring books, football cards and much more.

When Santa and a surprise celebrity guest will be delivering your shoeboxes to a group of incredibly excited children at the MELIÃ Dunas Beach Resort & Spa amphitheatre – this gesture of goodwill means the world to them so thank you once more.
